My Bipolar Life

Yesterday was amazing. Today was awful. I went from such a high to such a low. I wonder how I'll feel tomorrow man. I wish I could just disappear into nature for a little bit.. or go to Narnia.

..know what they're doing. I already miss being there. By the way.. anyone wants pictures taken of them give me a holler :) I don't have photoshop though so editing is limited if that's what you're after. haha

Back From Amazing Road Trip Numero Uno :)

Things that made this trip memorable:
1. My dear frand Ally Nitza :)
2. Climbing the treacherous dunes!

3. Giving my feet a rest while soaking up the sun on the beach.

4. Super sweet storm clouds.

5. Fun with shadows!

6. Children that look like monkeys.

7. Taking more photos of my shoes which have accompanied me through multiple countries and three American road trips thus far :)

8. Having sand everywhere all the time.

9. Flipping through some magazines while getting a killer tan.

10. Super sweet owl we saw as we were passing through a residential area on our way up! :)

Other things not pictured include jumping through MASSIVE LAKE WAVES, not getting sunburnt, and eating delicious biscuits at Bob Evans :)

Did I mention..

..that I'm excited for road trips?!!?! I spent the eve reminiscing the last road trip I took with Ally which was last year to Pokagon. I went with her and her mom and we stayed overnight and everything. We saw multiple owls. We went to the beach to work on our tans. We had the most amazing server at Bob Evans. We enjoyed the beautiful park. We need to go back!

PURE EXCITEMENT

I am mega excited. All summer long I've been hearing people's hype about going to "the lake." Well finally Monday I get to go to Warren Dunes State Park in Michigan with my fabulous frand Ally Nitza :) and to make things better, Wednesday we're going to the Toledo Zoo with our frand Bryan! Road trip week for Molly and she is a happy girl :) :)

You know I can't resist making a blog without more adorable teenie plant pictures. I WANT THESE. Just saying. Future presents for me should be tiny plants in tiny pots. PLZ :)
I love this soooooooooo muuuuuuch. I would go to work on my veggies if these were my tools. My dear friend Ally Nitza and I are constantly crafting together and collaborating on projects using buttons and I think these adorable button rings would be something to think about trying :)
How freaking cute are these pies. I mean honestly. I love finding random butt pictures of myself and friends randomly lying around facebook... I'm the one on the right btw. No worries my hands are far away from me bum.

Future House..

So I'm not sure why but I really want to get a bunch of baby cacti.. like REALLY REALLY BADLY. Is that weird? I mean I'm pretty accident prone but I think they're just plain adorable.
Bathtub couches... I mean how freaking cool are these.
I. WANT. THIS. ROOM. Seriously guys, as of late I am absolutely obsessed with plants. I bought my first ever plant (my dear Begonia, Veronica is her name because that's what it said on the plant tag and I figured it would be appropriate) and I have yet to kill it so I take that as a great sign. I am going to have the most amazing plants in and around my home one day, just you wait world!! In my future home I am going to have the most epic craft room EVER. End of story. (More epic than this one. FYI.)

HOLEY MOLEY CROCHET

I would love to learn to crochet, if only to make these adorable things that look so easy but probably take hours and hours of effort..... we just won't think about that part.

Alright so this is an odd angle photo not gonna lie but for some reason I love it. It's just so weird.. but something about it... Let me know what your thoughts are?

Current Music Loves :)

So like many people probably, I go through many music phases. I just figured I'd share who I am currently in love with :)

1. Norah Jones. Norah Jones Norah Jones Norah Jones. Every word that comes out of her mouth is a gift to mankind. I love you, Norah. All of her albums rule, but I'm mega into her most recent :)

2. Bon Iver. I've loved Bon Iver ever since dear Jacob Klopfenstein burnt me a CD full of the most amazing stuff I've ever listened to. Very chill and mellow, and amazing.

3. Moby. A little random, but worth it. Give him a listen.

4. Freelance Whales. Holy moley, do I love them. They remind me a little of Sufjan Stevens if that means anything to you. Especially their song Broken Horse (which is absolutely amazing btw). LISTEN TO THEM. NOW. YOUTUBE.

5. Speaking of YouTube, I don't usually get into people that start their fame on the internetz, but Julia Nunes is AWESOME so YouTube her. She is also available on iTunes or you can google her and get her website. Listen to Maybe I Will and I Think You Know.

6. Iron and Wine. Incredible. Listen listen listen listen listen.

Italian Friends!

Ahh Italy :) In Assisi we were trying to find the path up to the rock castle and these lovely Italian gentlemen came to our aid and made us laugh like no other with their "excellent" English :)
