Thrifting.

I love to do it. You never know what you'll find. I always find myself curious about who owned all of the items previously.. and why they gave them up. I feel an art project coming on. :)

I miss it more and more every time I look at these photos. Thank goodness I took nearly two thousand so I have plenty to keep myself busy with.. haha In all honesty I must admit that I have yet to visit somewhere in America as beautiful as anywhere I went in Europe. But I haven't really gone anywhere in America. So I suppose that's the next step!

Also I had a dream last night that I went on another one of these trips with Saint Francis however we were going to California and Canada instead of Europe and I was actually super excited because it was purely a hiking trip. I wish this was coming true..... so much.
Now I'm really in the mood to get lost for hours on some great trails.

I've been doing a lot of playing with film photography beginning with fall semester so I figured I would post a few photos :) Sorry I totally forgot to clean off the scanner before I began so they're a little dusty. I also rushed the cropping so excuse the little white bits here and there.. haha

Collaborations.

I meant to post about this awhile ago, but my friend Bryan and I had a collaboration day over break and
it was quite a good bit of fun. It was my first collaborative work and it was an experience that I think every artist should try. I mean.. I'm not the hugest fan of group projects but I really enjoyed sharing artistic ideas with a close friend and seeing what happens when we mix our styles.
